1. General Information
PerfectPrint.net provides creative and technical design services including 3D printing, 3D scanning, textile and apparel printing, graphic design, custom labels and stickers, tumblers, and related customized products. Many of our items are made to order and personalized to each customer’s specifications.
By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. PerfectPrint.net reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
To place an order or use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order and to maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials.
3. Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Most products offered by PerfectPrint.net are custom made to order. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
Because custom items are created specifically for you, slight variations in color, texture, or print placement are normal and not considered defects. Our design and production processes are handled in-house or through trusted partners who adhere to our quality standards.
4. Processing and Delivery Time Frames
- In-stock items: Ship within approximately 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
- Made-to-order items: Typically require 3–5 business days for production prior to shipping.
- Shipping time: Average carrier transit time is 3–5 business days within the U.S.
Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons, natural disasters, supply chain interruptions, or carrier issues. These circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other forms of payment such as peer-to-peer apps and crypto-currency and other authorized processors. By completing checkout, you authorize PerfectPrint.net or its payment partners to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount.
To prevent fraud, transactions may be verified through anti-fraud services. Suspicious or high-risk transactions may be declined or delayed pending verification.
6. Returns and Refunds
Because our products are custom made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
Exceptions are made only if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part. If this occurs, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement, correction, or partial refund at our discretion.

7. Cancellations
Orders for made-to-order or personalized items can only be canceled before production starts, typically within 24–48 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Digital design services or pre-paid project retainers may be canceled up to 3 business days before the next billing or milestone period.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, models, artwork, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of PerfectPrint.net or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or resell our content or designs without prior written consent.
Uploaded files or artwork provided by customers remain the intellectual property of their rightful owners, but by submitting them, you grant PerfectPrint.net a nonexclusive right to reproduce, print, and modify those materials as needed to fulfill your order.
9. Product Accuracy and Representation
We make every effort to accurately display colors, finishes, and details on our website. However, due to differences in screen calibration, materials, and print methods, slight variations may occur. These are considered normal and not defects.
All dimensions and measurements are approximate. If precision is critical for your project, please confirm requirements before ordering.
10. Shipping and Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped using reputable carriers through various shipping partners. Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.
PerfectPrint.net is not responsible for delays, theft, or damage caused by the carrier or events beyond our control. If your package arrives visibly damaged, document it immediately with photos before opening and contact us for assistance filing a claim.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PerfectPrint.net, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order involved.
12. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party service providers to support order fulfillment, payment processing, fraud prevention, accounting, analytics, and shipping.
By using our site, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be shared securely with these providers as necessary to complete your order or ensure transaction safety.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from use of this website or related services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sebastian County, Arkansas. Each party shall bear its own costs, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
14. Force Majeure
PerfectPrint.net is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, equipment failures, labor disputes, supply shortages, power outages, carrier issues, or government actions.
